We have heard learned Advocate Mr. A. D. Sonkawade holding for learned Advocate Mr. A. V. Hon for the petitioner as well as learned Advocate Mr. Shendurnikar for the applicant - intervenor in Civil Application No.2524 of 2024.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to add 31 persons/employees, in respect of whom the prayer is made, as petitioners. The permission is granted. Amendment to add them as petitioners be carried out forthwith.

Learned Advocate for the petitioners to file Vakalatnama on behalf of added petitioners within a period of one week. 4.

In view of this statement, intervention application needs to be allowed. Accordingly, Civil Application No.2524 of 2024 stands allowed and disposed of.

The applicants in Civil Application No.2524 of 2024 be added as respondent Nos.4 and 5 in Writ Petition No.2380 of 2024. 6.

Issue notice to the respondents in Writ Petition No.2380 of 2024. Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos.1 to 3 - State. Learned Advocate Mr. P. S. Shendurnikar waives notice for added respondent Nos.4 and 5.

Affidavit-in-reply to be filed by the respondents positively on or before 13.03.2024, by giving a copy of the same to the other side in advance.

Learned AGP to call the record and ask the concerned officer to remain present on the next date.
