PER COURT :- 1] By these applications, the original appellant prays for issuance of notice to respondent No. 2 in the First Appeals and he would be served through paper publication vide the newspaper Daily "Deccan Chronical", Hyderabad Edition.

3] Considering the above, these applications are allowed.

4] Issue notice to respondent No.2 in the First Appeals, returnable on 06/06/2018.

5] The appellants would have the said notice published in newspaper Daily "Deccan Chronical", Hyderabad Edition atleast three weeks prior to the returnable date in these matters and the copy of the newspaper shall be placed on record to indicate compliance of this order.
