Heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides. They submit that, in view of the impugned order dated 23/01/2018 passed below application Exhibit 31 in RCS No. 149/2014, the Trial Court has valued the agreement to sell dated 20/10/2010 at Rs. 11,31,000/- under Section 6 (xi)(a) of the Bombay Court-fees Act, 1959, (Maharashtra). The jurisdiction of the Court will change and the said proceedings would, therefore, be maintainable before the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Jalgaon.

Both the learned Advocates, therefore, submit by consent that RCS No. 149/2014 be transferred to the learned

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. 4.

Relying on the statement made by the learned Advocates, RCS No. 149/2014 shall stand transferred to the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Jalgaon. 5.
