The present applicant was directed to deposit the amount of Rs.24,13,334/- as condition for grant of interim relief. The petitioner could not deposit the amount within a period stipulated. The present civil application is filed for extension of time to deposit the amount. There appears to be inordinate delay.

We have heard learned counsel for respective non-applicants.

The applicant has brought Demand Draft of the amount of Rs.24,13,334/-. Time to deposit the amount as directed under order dated 21.02.2019 is
