These applications are for condonation of delay caused in filing respective appeals. It is submitted that, in the similar cases this Court has already condoned the delay.

Learned advocate for the applicants has placed on record the copies of orders dated 01.09.2021 passed in Civil Application No. 8292/2017, dated 15.11.2022 in Civil Application No. 1927/2018 and dated 11.11.2022 in Civil Application No. 7491/2017. 4.

Though the applications are opposed by learned advocate Mr. Arora for respondent No. 3, this Court finds that, since in similar matters delay is already condoned and since delay is ranging from 160175 days, in the interest of justice the applications needs to be allowed. 5.

Hence, the applications are allowed. Delay stands condoned. 6.

Office to register the appeals.

The civil applications stand disposed off.
