The petitioner prays for a direction that his representation dated 05.07.2014 under Section 149 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 (hereinafter referred to as "MLR Code") pending before the Tahsildar, Latur, be decided within a time frame. 2.

We are not inclined to entertain the above prayer put forth by the petitioner.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would file a fresh application under Section 149 of the MLR Code.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. 5.

We direct respondent No. 3 - Tahsildar, Latur that, if the petitioner enters an application / representation under Section 149 of the MLR Code on or before 30.08.2022, the said application shall be decided by following the due procedure laid down in law and by giving opportunity of hearing to all concerned parties, as expeditiously as possible and preferably on or before 31.03.2023.
