Per Court :- Present Criminal Application is filed by the applicants for grant of anticipatory bail, since they are apprehending their arrest in connection with CR No. 4/2015 registered with Kingaon Police Station, Dist. Latur for the offences punishable under Section.s. 420, 467, 468, 504, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. [2] Heard Mr. Sachin Panale, learned counsel for the Applicants and Mrs. V.A. Shinde, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

[3] At the outset, Mr. Sachin Panale, learned counsel for the Applicant states that he wish to withdraw Application in respect of Applicant No.1 Sunita d/o Ganpati Nagargoje @ Sunita w/o Laxman

2/3 Phad. Prayer accepted. Application filed on behalf of Applicant No.1 Sunita d/o Ganpati Nagargoje @ Sunita w/o Laxman Phad is dismissed as withdrawn.

[4] In so far as other applicants are concerned, from the First Information Report it is absolutely clear that, there is no iota of allegations against Applicant Nos. 2 to 6. Even the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, in the police papers also there are no such allegations requiring their custodial presence. In that view of the matter, I pass the following order :-

ORDER

(i) Criminal Application filed on behalf of Applicant No.1 Sunita d/o Ganpati Nagargoje @ Sunita w/o Laxman Phad is dismissed as withdrawn.

(ii) Criminal Application filed by Applicant No.2 - Nitin Dnyanoba Bavalge, Applicant No.3 - Ganpati Manik Nagargoje (Ambekar), Applicant No.4 - Mudrikabai Ganpati Nagargoje (Ambekar), Applicant No.5 - Tukaram Ganpati Nagargoje (Ambekar) and Applicant No.6 - Jankabai Sugriv Dhahiphale shall be released on anticipatory bail on they executing P.R. Bond of Rs. 5000/- [Rs. Five Thousand] each with one solvent surety in the like amount, in connection with CR No. 4/2015 registered with Kingaon Police Station, Dist. Latur for the offences punishable under Section.s. 420, 467, 468, 504, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3/3 (iii) Applicant Nos. 2 to 6 shall attend Kingaon Police Station, Dist. Latur on every Thursday and Sunday in between 3.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. till Charge-Sheet is filed. (iv) With this Criminal Application is disposed of. (V.M. DESHPANDE, J.)
