1) Mr. Tele the learned counsel submits that, the respondents be directed to grant permission to the petitioner to open womens senior college at Parbhani. Even representation has been given on 22.09.2014 in respect of the proposal submitted by the petitioner on 30/10/2013. Mr. Latange, the learned counsel for the respondent University submits that, in case the representation dated 22.09.2014 is pending the same shall be decided on its own merits.

ORDER

The respondent No. 2 University shall decide the representation filed by the petitioner (Exh. G) expeditiously preferably within two (2) months on its own merits, in accordance with law.

3) Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
