By the present Application, the applicant seeks permission to place on record of Criminal Application No. 1205 of 2014, the judgment and order dated 2nd May 2012, passed in Regular Criminal Case No. 36/2009, by the Joint Judicial Magistrate (F.C.), Bhusawal. The applicant

(2) Cri. Appln. No. 1232 of 2015 herein is acquitted in the said case, for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 323 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code 3.

Taking into consideration the fact, that the accused in Regular Criminal Case No. 36/2009 is the present applicant, this Court is inclined to allow the Application.

The Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B". The judgment and order dated 2nd May 2012, passed in Regular Criminal Case No. 36/2009, is taken on record. Present Application is accordingly disposed of.
