However, it also appears that during pendency of this writ petition, the suit came to be disposed off on 09.01.2014 by the trial Court. Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, from the son of petitioner no.1 submits that the suit was compromised between the parties. 2.

In view of the above, the writ petition has become infructuous. The writ petition is accordingly disposed off as infructuous. Rule discharged.
