Issue notice to the respondents. The learned A.G.P. waives notice for all respondents.

It is stated that proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending since April, 2016 and the employer is insisting for validity or else action would be taken.

The learned counsel further submits that the vigilance is not yet conducted.

Respondent No.3 Committee shall decide the validation proceeding expeditiously, preferably within nine months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. 5.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 22nd March, 2018.

Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 shall not take adverse action against the petitioner only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending.

Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 can take further course of action depending upon the Judgment that would be delivered by the Committee in the validation proceeding. 8.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
