The learned Advocate submits on instructions from the Applicant present in the Court that, the Applicant desires to withdraw this Application and instead move an Application for discharge. 3.

In view of the above, the Application is disposed off as withdrawn on instructions.

In the event the Applicant avails of a remedy of discharge after the charge-sheet is filed, the withdrawal of this Application would not be an impediment and all contentions are kept open. 5.
