Mr. Syed, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner had moved proposal with the respondents for start of Urdu medium primary school. Since 2008, the proposals are being made but the same are not considered. The petitioner is minority institution. We have heard the learned counsel for the respondents. 2.

It would not be fruitful to direct the respondents to decide the proposal submitted in the year 2008. The petitioner may submit fresh proposal, which proposal shall be considered by the respondents on its own merits in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within six months from the date of receipt of proposal. The petitioner is at liberty to submit the proposal even under self finance scheme. Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
