Simply put what was to be found out by the applicant was what has happened in the suit itself since Appeal from Order No. 55 of 2001 was dismissed on 11-09-2002. The present application is culmination of

Looking to the approach and attitude, there is no justification in adjourning the matter. The application is rejected with costs of Rs. 2500/- to be deposited to the State.
