The petitioner assails the order dated 6.1.2014 passed by the respondent No. 3 and seeks allotment of 14 Acres 28 Gunthas land situated in Survey No. 107/49 at Village Belapur. 2.

According to the learned advocate for the petitioner the name of the father of the petitioner appeared in the list of persons entitled for allotment of the land under Section 28-1AA of the Maharashtra Agricultural Lands (Ceiling on Holdings) Act, 1961, still the land is not allotted to the petitioner.

Mr. Patil, learned Addl.G.P. states that as documents were not produced showing the exact holding, the claim of the petitioner cannot be considered.

The learned advocate for the petitioner states that the petitioner will produce the necessary documents before the respondent No. 3.

In case the petitioner produces the relevant documents, then the respondent No. 3 shall consider the claim of the petitioner for allotment of the land under Section 28-1AA of the Maharashtra Agricultural Lands (Ceiling on Holdings) Act, 1961, on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously. In that case, the impugned order would not be an impediment. 6.
