Both the sides have tendered across the Bar the order passed by this Court in other matters arising out of the same project indicating that 75% of the amount deposited in the Court is allowed to be withdrawn.

In view of this, following order is passed :-

ORDER

1.

Applicants are allowed to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited in this Court out of which, 50% amount shall be paid on furnishing undertaking on usual terms to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) and remaining 25% amount shall be paid by furnishing solvent security.

2.

Rest of the amount be deposited in Fixed Deposit. 3.

Civil application stands disposed of.
