1) Heard. The learned A. G. P. raises a preliminary objection that, the petitioner has an alternate remedy before Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal.

2) In light of that, though Mr. Golegaonkar the learned counsel sought to canvass submissions on merit, we are not inclined to consider the same. Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy. All contentions kept open. No costs.
