The present civil application is filed for modification of order dated 15th October, 2019.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits the petitioner was on permanent unaided post. The word permanent before the word unaided in line No. 3 of para No. 5 of the order does not appear.

We have heard the learned counsel for the respondent No. 3 and the learned Assistant Government Pleader. 4.

Incorporating the word permanent would make the

2 ca 2621.20 position more clear. In the light of that in the order dated 15th October, 2019 in Writ Petition No. 12505 of 2019 before the word unaided in line No. 3 of para No. 5 following word be added 'permanent'.
