PER COURT :

This Court vide order dated 23rd August, 2019, permitted withdrawal of 50% of the amount in deposit with this Court towards compensation awarded. The said application was moved by the present applicant and his family members.

The learned Advocate for the Applicant informs that the amount could not be withdrawn in view of a dispute inter se the family members. According to him, the applicant has 1/6 share in the amount permitted to be withdrawn. Notice of this application was served on the mother and other siblings of the applicant. None

The applicant is permitted to withdraw his share i.e., 1/6 in the amount which has been directed to be withdrawn vide order dated 23rd August, 2019, on the same terms and conditions contained therein. 4.
