The petitioner is seeking benefit of the Government Resolution dated 20.09.2022 regarding dropping of the prosecution. He submits that in spite of his representations, no decision is being taken by the committee headed by respondent no.2.

We dispose off the Criminal Writ Petition by directing the committee headed by respondent no.2 to take appropriate decision according to the Government policy, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within two weeks.
