It is submitted by learned counsel Mr. Nagarkar, that by inadvertence, names of other legal heirs of deceased-respondent no.1, apart from those mentioned in Civil Application No.5112 of 2020, remained to be brought on record, for which purpose, the present application has been filed.

Mr. Mustafa learned counsel for respondent no.2 has no objection for bringing the proposed legal heirs of deceased

CA-3165-2021.odt respondent No.1 as indicated in Paragraph No.4 of this Civil Application. Civil Application No.3165 of 2021, is accordingly allowed.

The names of the legal heirs of deceased - respondent No.1 as stated in the Paragraph No.4 of this Civil Application, be brought on record. Upon such amendment being carried out in the cause title within a period of one week from today by the applicant/appellants, issue notices to the added legal heirs of respondent No.1, returnable on 15.07.2021.
