By this Civil Application, the applicant seeks leave to delete the name of respondent no.2 and to amend various averments and the prayer and also to implead Justice M.M. Kumar, Prof. Virendra Kumar Tiwari and Shri O.P. Gupta, as respondent nos.4, 5 and 6. Since the writ petition is not yet admitted, we are inclined to allow amendment as prayed for. The numbers of the respondents be accordingly corrected. Amendment be carried out within one week from today. Civil Application is made absolute in aforesaid terms.

Amendment be carried out in Court records as well as in the copies supplied to some of the respondents who are already served and shall supply amended copies to the office to enable the office to serve the unserved respondents, returnable on 20.4.2022. 3.
