The learned counsel for the petitioner states that, the petitioner is a student. Her validation proceedings is pending with the Committee. She is taking education with the respondent No. 2/college. Now the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are insisting for production of validity certificate or else the petitioner would not be allowed to sit in the examination. 2.

We have also heard the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent No. 1 and Mr. Sant, the learned counsel for the respondent No. 3/university.

Considering the fact that, validation proceedings is pending, we pass following order.

The respondent No. 1/Committee shall decide the validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of nine months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 30.03.2017. The petitioner shall co-operate in expeditious disposal of the validation proceedings.

Till the validation proceedings is decided, the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 shall not take any adverse action against the petitioner, nor shall refrain the petitioner from prosecuting further studies or appearing for examination. Of course, the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 can take further course of action depending upon the judgment that may be delivered by the Committee in the validation proceedings. The writ petition accordingly is disposed of. No costs.
