The applicants are the aged parents of deceased Baswaraj Manikrao Bilgunde. Learned Member of the tribunal has passed order of apportionment of compensation and directed to pay the present applicants an amount of Rs.50,000/- each. In view of the same, the applicants are permitted to withdraw Rs.50,000/- each, out of the amount deposited by the appellant-insurer before this Court on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
