We have heard the learned counsel for petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents No. 1 and 2 and pass the following order - In case applications dated 25-08-2011 filed by the petitioners are still pending with respondent - authority for grant of rental compensation, authority - concerned shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law, after hearing all the parties concerned, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of writ of this order.
