The learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to approach before the Sessions Court under Section 397 of Cr.P.C., challenging the order of rejection of application for discharge, for the offence under the M.P.I.D. Act.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. The time consumed before this Court would be the good ground under Section 14 of the Limitation Act.
