Heard Mr.Khandagale-Patil, learned Counsel for the petitioner. He states that the entry of the name of the petitioner is not mutated in cultivation column though the petitioner is cultivating the land. He submits that the authorities are not taking cognizance.

The learned AGP appearing on behalf of all the respondents states that the petitioner may appear before the Committee constituted for this purpose as per the Circular dated 13.02.2015.

In the light of the above, the petitioner may approach the Committee constituted as per the Circular dated 13.02.2015. In case, such application is filed, the Committee shall consider the same on merits and take decision within a period of three months from the date of filing of the application.

With these directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
