These petitioners are challenging the order passed on application (Exh.1) in Cri. Misc. Application No. 32/2015 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Latur dated 09-01-2016. By way of impugned order delay that was caused in filing the criminal appeal in the learned Sessions Court was condoned. Now it is submitted that in view of the impugned order the main appeal was registered and subsequently same is withdrawn by the appellant- respondent herein.
