13th March, 2018 PER COURT:- 1) The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Municipal Corporation, on instructions, states that the representation tendered by the petitioner and others on 23.3.2017 will be decided within a period of one week from today.

2) The respondent - Municipal Corporation is directed to decide the representation tendered by the petitioner and others, and take decision in observance of the procedure prescribed under law

3) The petitioner shall cause appearance before the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation on 15.3.2018 and may present the record to substantiate his contentions.

4) Until decision is taken on representation, no coercive action be taken against the petitioner and others involved in this matter.

5) With the directions as above, the writ petition is disposed of.

6) Parties to act upon authenticated copy of this order.
