This petition challenges judgment and order passed by learned Adhoc District Judge-3, Aurangabad in Miscellaneous Civil Appeal No. 41 of 2009, wherein interim injunction order passed by the Trial Court in Regular Civil Suit No. 205 of 2006 was challenged.

During the course of hearing, it is transpired that Regular Civil Suit No. 205 of 2006 is posted for judgment on 15th July, 2023.
