When the present matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to my notice that in connected appeals, 50% amount was permitted to be withdrawn on submitting an undertaking and further 25% amount on furnishing a solvent surety, the same order is sought in the present application. In view of the above, following order is passed, -

ORDER

(i) The applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar of this Court.

(ii) The applicants are further permitted to withdraw 25% of the deposited amount on furnishing solvent surety/security in the like amount to the satisfaction of Registrar of this Court.

2 903-CA-6154-2020 (iii) Balance 25% amount be invested in FDR of any nationalized Bank for the period, till disposal of the appeal.
