Present application is not tenable on several counts, inter alia, that the victims are not made party to the application. 2.

Though learned advocate for the applicants strenuously urges to indulge into the request, however, the cause of action for the application is absolutely different from the one which are concerned in criminal application No. 2416 of 2020. 3.

In view of aforesaid, it is difficult for us to give indulgence to the request made under the application, the same is,

This order, however, would not undermine remedial measures for the applicants.
