Mr.Bhapkar, learned counsel states that the petitioner is suspended on 5.1.2012. The same is extended upto 14.3.2015. The petitioner had filed Review before the Respondent No.2 for revocation of suspension on 24.2.2015. However, no decision is taken on the same.

Mr.Deshpande, learned Asstt. Solicitor General submits that in case the said representation/petition for Review is pending, then Respondent No.2 would decide the same on its own merits. 4.

In light of that, we pass the following order : a) In case the application for Review/Revocation of suspension

(Exh.D) is pending with Respondent No.2 then the Respondent No.2 shall decide the same on its own merits expeditiously, preferably within two (2) months.

b) The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
