This is an application under Section 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure. The applicants claim to have an apprehension of being arrested in connection with Crime No. 22 of 2023 registered with Karmad Police Station, Dist. Aurangabad for the offences punishable under Sections 326 and 504 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code ('I.P.C.'). 2.

This Court has already protected the applicants vide order dated 13th March, 2023. Admittedly, name of the applicants do not figure in the F.I.R. The informant has also not given description of the assailants. 3.

Learned A.P.P. submits that as to why the applicants have apprehension of arrest is not known. He further submits that since the 1 / 2

Since the name of the applicants has not been given in the F.I.R. and the fact that the victim has suffered injuries simple in nature, order dated 13th March, 2023 granting the applicants interim anticipatory bail is hereby made absolute. The applicants shall appear before the investigating officer, as and when required for the investigating purpose. The applicants shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.
