PER COURT:

1] On May 6, 2013, the interim orders were vacated. However, respondent No.3 was not permitted to excavate the sand within the periphery of 1 km. from public water distribution well. Respondent No. 3 was also restrained vide the said order from excavating sand beyond the depth of 0.5 meters from the allotted sand block.

2] With the passage of time, the period of contract has come to an end. In view of that, writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Civil application also stands disposed of.
