1] The petitioners request to direct that status quo be maintained in respect of suit property, as their

WP 2996/15 & another - 2 - applications for temporary injunction (Exh.5) filed by them before the trial Court are under consideration from 05.01.2015 and as yet, the same are not decided. 2] It is being submitted that one is not sure about the time limit within which the proceedings before the trial Court would be decided. As per earlier order of this Court dated 23.3.2015, the decision on the application for temporary injunction was expected by 4.4.2015. However, it is submitted that now the proceedings in the trial Court are adjourned from 22.4.2015 to 3.7.2015. 3] In the circumstances, the interest of justice would be sub-served by directing the learned trial Judge to decide the applications (Exh.5) filed by petitioners in both these matters as expeditiously as possible. 4] The trial Court as such to decide the applications for temporary injunction filed by petitioners as expeditiously as possible and preferably by 10.6.2015. 5] With these directions, writ petitions stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
