Present application has been filed for recall of order dated 10.02.2025 passed in Criminal Application No.389 of 2024 whereby the said application came to be dismissed due to the absence of learned Advocate for the applicants.

Heard learned Advocate Mr. Ram S. Shinde for the applicants. 3.

Important point to be noted is that learned Advocate for the applicants is contending that though on 09.01.2025 due to paucity of time this Court had adjourned the matter, the absence of the applicant's Advocate on 26.11.2024 was considered for dismissal. He submits that on other occasions, the learned Advocate for the applicants had [1]

The order dated 10.02.2025 passed in Criminal Application No.389 of 2024 is hereby recalled, subject to deposit of cost of Rs.2,000/- to the High Court Legal Services Sub Committee, Aurangabad within a period of two weeks from today. 5.
