This is the Application for restoration of the Writ Petition. 2.

This Court had passed the common order dated 20.09.2022 in several matters directing removal of the office objections within the stipulated time and further directed that, if office objections were not removed before the scheduled date i.e. 11.10.2022, the matters shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court. 3.

The learned Advocate for the Applicant / Petitioner submits that the earlier Advocate appearing for the Petitioner is no more and therefore, the office objections could not be removed within the stipulated time. He submits that the Petition may be restored. 4.

None for the Respondent No.1 - Union of India. 5.

The learned AGP for the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 submits that appropriate orders be passed.

In view of the above contentions of the learned Advocate for the Applicant, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses ' B' and '

C'

. The Application stands disposed off. The office objections shall be removed within a period of two weeks from today. 7.

List the Petition on 11.08.2025.
