Shri Patil, learned advocate for the respondent / Corporation submits that the enquiry at issue is proceeding as per the directions of the learned Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No. 2232/2013, vide order dated 07/08/2013. He submits that the respondents would hear the petitioner and also

consider his objections, as regards jurisdiction, which has been kept open by the learned Division Bench.
