The learned A.G.P. submits that the same is kept for hearing.

The petitioner is prosecuting her studies in 3rd year M.B.B.S. Course.

In light of that, we pass the following order:

ORDER

1.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 12.03.2020. The Committee will decide the proceeding within a period of three months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

(2) 37-wp-3448-2020 2.

The respondent nos.3 and 4 shall not refrain the petitioner from prosecuting the studies of 3rd year M.B.B.S. Course nor withhold declaration of result and shall not claim full fees only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending.

The respondent nos.3 and 4 may take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the committee in the validation proceeding.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
