The petitioners are coming with following prayers : "B) To quash and set aside, clause 1(c) of Govt. Resolution dated 02.02.2023 only to the extent of 2 years' service experience for direct appointment as Anganwadi Sevika amongst from Anganwadi Madatnis by issuing writ of certiorari or any other writ or direction as the case may be; C) To hold and declare that, the petitioners are entitled to direct appointment as Anganwadi Sevika amongst from Anganwadi Madatnis since there is no difference in educational qualification of both the posts in view of GR dated 02.02.2023, by issuing necessary writ or directions as the case may be; 1/2

We have already in similar set of facts and with a similar relief being claimed have elaborately considered challenge to clause No. 1 (c) of the Government resolution dated 02.02.2023 in Writ Petition No. 2793/2025 (Varsha Gopal Patil and others Vs. State of Maharashtra and others), by the order dated 26.02.2025.
