The applicant has filed this application seeking stay to the impugned judgment and award dated 06/12/2018 passed by M.A.C.T., Nanded in M.A.C.P. No. 289/2014. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the appellant/insurance company shall deposit the amount in terms of award within four weeks.

In view of the submissions made, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' subject to deposit of amount within 12 weeks. On deposit of amount, liberty be granted to the applicant to make application for withdrawal of amount. Failure to deposit the amount within stipulated period, interim stay granted stands
