We have heard the learned counsel for petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader. It is stated in the affidavit that, the Tahsildar has already initiated the proceedings and date for hearing was also kept on 24.05.2010. The petitioner was absent and, therefore, the matter was adjourned.

In the light of the fact that, the proceedings are already initiated by the Tahsildar, no orders are necessary. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
