PER COURT:- 1.

In fact the learned counsel should not have filed the present writ petition. It is only on 18.02.2020 the application is given by the petitioner and the petition is filed on 24.02.2020 seeking directions against the Sub Divisional Officer to decide his application. We would certainly not encourage such petition. Within a period of six days petition is filed seeking directions.

The Statute itself prescribes that the application has to be decided within 30 days. It is for the petitioner to produce all the relevant documents such as attested copy of the tribe certificate. The petitioner will have to apply to the Scrutiny Committee for getting the attested

(2) 12-wp-3410-2020 tribe certificate. After getting the attested tribe certificate, the same shall be submitted to the Sub Divisional Officer. The Sub Divisional Officer after verifying the said tribe certificate to have been issued by his office shall issue corrected tribe certificate to the petitioner. 3.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
