On a grievance raised in the present petition that an order passed by this Court dated 29 September 2015 in Writ Petition No.8784 of 2015 is not complied with, simple notice was issued to respondent No.3 by an order dated 20 March 2018. Respondent No.3, who was present in this Court on 3 January 2019, sought time to take necessary steps for seeking legal assistance.

Learned Addl. Government Pleader appearing for respondent No.3 invited our attention to the affidavit-in-reply filed on behalf of respondent No.3. It is submitted that respondent No.3 issued notices on 12.12.2018 to the petitioner, Circle Officer and Talathi for inspection of site. The inspection was scheduled on 27.12.2018. On 27.12.2018 respondent No.3 personally visited the site in presence of petitioner, Circle Officer and Talathi. A panchnama is drawn to that effect. The same is placed on record at Annexure R-2.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the statements made in the affidavit-in-reply and particularly in view of the copy of panchnama, the order of this Court is duly complied with.

As grievance of the petitioner no more survives, the petition is accordingly disposed of.
