ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.P.P. 2.

This application is filed to modify the order passed by this Court dated 08.07.2021 in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 675/2019 and requested to relax the condition to attend the concerned police station every Sunday, imposed on the applicant. 3.

On going through the record, it is seen that on 1st July, 2019, this Court (Coram V. K. Jadhav, J.), while granting interim protection, had directed the applicant to attend the concerned police station once in a week i.e. on every Sunday between 8.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. until further orders. This interim order later on came to be confirmed by the said Court on 8th July, 2019. Pursuant to the confirmation of the

Appln-568-21 said order, the present applicant was regularly attending the police station.

Now, according to the learned counsel, the investigating officer has filed the charge sheet and therefore the condition so imposed on the applicant be relaxed.

Learned A.P.P., on the other hand, has no objection in view of the filing of the charge sheet and urge that suitable order be passed. 6.

In view of above, the condition of attending the concerned Police Station once in a week i.e. on every Sunday, imposed on the applicant by order of this Court dated 08.07.2019, is relaxed and done away in view of filing of the charge-sheet.
