By common order dated 17.3.2021 this Court has granted time up to certain date to remove the office objections and further directed that if the objections are not removed till that date, the petition/application will be dismissed without reference to the Court. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that inadvertently the office objections were not removed. Learned counsel assures this Court that the office objections will be removed forthwith after restoration of the criminal application No. 27 of 2021. 4.

In view of above and for the reasons stated in the criminal application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" subject

cran901.22 -2to payment of costs of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One thousand) to be paid to the Library, Advocates' Association of Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad within a week from today.
