Learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for respondent nos. 1 and 2. Mr. Shelke, learned counsel accepts notice for respondent no. 3.

The limited grievance made is that the proposal seeking correction in the staff approval is pending with respondent no. 2, however, no decision has been taken on it as yet. 3.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, states that the proposal is required to be decided by the Government.

In the light of above, we pass the following orderORDER I] In case the proposal regarding correction in the staff approval in respect of respondent nos. 4 and 5 institution is pending with respondent no. 2, then respondent no. 2 shall process the same and refer it to the Government within two

(2) months from today.

II] On receipt of the proposal, respondent no. 1 shall take decision upon it within six (6) months.

III] The respondent shall consider the applicable Government Resolutions.

IV] The petitioner is at liberty to represent himself before respondent no. 2.
