While petitioners purport to claim that there had been favouritism in making appointment of respondent No. 6

wp4140.17 since he was already employed in different capacity with respondent No. 5 institution, yet it transpires that while petitioners had participated in the selection process they were already age barred.

In the circumstances, the petitioners lack locus standi. The petition is, therefore, not entertained and is rejected.
