This application is filed for restoration of the writ petition NO.9546/2010. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that on 26.02.2018 leave note was filed by him. However he did not make arrangement to mention the matter before the Court. We accept an explanation given by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

Prayer for restoration of the writ petition is vehemently opposed by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. In view of the reasons stated in the application, and the fact that on the relevant date learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had filed the leave note, in the peculiar facts of this case, we

( 2 ) ca4946.18 are inclined to allow this civil application for restoration. Accordingly the civil application is allowed and disposed of. The writ petition No.9546/2010 stands restored to its original file.
